Our Story
MyFlat was founded in 2021 by a team of property managers and software engineers who were frustrated with the state of property management software — overly complex, expensive, and never quite fitting the real needs of property teams.
We started with student dormitories in Warsaw, Poland, where managing hundreds of students across multiple buildings with paper forms and spreadsheets was a daily struggle. Within six months, we replaced it all with a single platform.
Today, MyFlat powers 500+ companies across Poland, the UK, and beyond — from small 20-unit residential buildings to large dormitory networks with 5,000+ residents.
